Ancient Ivory

Ancient Ivory is an award winning dice game of strategy and luck featuring your choice of three different graphical interfaces, realistic animation and sound effects, and music, with an optional competitive computer opponent.

Scoring Categories

In Ancient Ivory, five dice, or a subset of these dice are rolled up to three times, in an attempt to score the highest number of points for each of twelve categories. Points are scored for five-of-a-kind (an "Ivory"), large straight, small straight, four-of-a-kind, full house, sixes, fives, fours, threes, twos, ones and choice. Four game variations of Ancient Ivory are included: single- and double-column options are provided for both the five- and ten-dice games.

Opponents

Play alone, against one, two, or three other players, or, in the five-dice variations of Ancient Ivory, against a competitive computer opponent. A variety of midi music pieces are provided, and Ancient Ivory will loop one midi file, and you can add your own!
